Does pretty good, not hard to turn up the old VE pumps a bit either... mileage is a bit low, but we turn it faster than they like to spin due to the 4.10 rears. As far as will it tow, no problem, BIL hauls the hay bales, run 55 down the road with 6-2000 pound bales plus bale trailer no issues. The trailer bale arrangement is 2 wide... Haven't quite loaded it as heavy as my 6.9 yet, but that's because I built that truck for my sister, I still run my 86.

would love to , do you have one.there's nothing wrong with cummins engines they're just put in sh%^^& trucks AKA dodges.
