When will "Job 2" start?

The truck changes mentioned for Job 2 sound great. However, being full time RVers, our prime concern lies in the 6.4L dependibility since it's both our tow and around town vehicle. Many places we stay don't have a Ford dealer close by.
Is there a "Job 2" process in place on the 6.4L engine enabling Navistar to correct the reported start up glitches by a certain date or are these corrections done on the fly?
