Still long cold start w/ inductive heating

I had a recent no start, long start condition in my truck that a new EGR and Fuel Filter changed fixed.
When you start your truck when its cold, when it kicks over, is it a STRONG Ignition with allot of "Diesel Noise", Or is is a weak quiet "trying to run" ignition?
Mine was weak, ant it was because my EGR wasn't closing all the way.

I wasnt talking about the strength of the crank, but how strong the engine feels when it ignights. If its weak like its catching up with itself, may be an EGR.

It seems to be a normal strong crank. Just takes a while. counted today and it was a full 3 one thousand. Beginning to think it is normal.....
