ROM update
I am trying to find the best place to get tools to update/tune my ROM or the best place to have my ROM updated. i am trying to wipe the fuel cut off swich as well as pull as many HP and MPG as possible.

Most tuners can modify your Trans and engine file. If by fuel cut off switch, you mean speed limiter most tuners will only raise the speed up to around 160mph.
I am using Sniper's Special Forces software and I have my speed limter set to unlimited, and have accounted for my mods with thier calibrations. Sniper also allows you fine tune your A/F ration and spark curves seperately, so you can tweak it as you go.
