I am going to shoot for June...This should give everyone proper planning time.
When I spoke with the gal last week, the middle of Jun was taken, so hopefully I can still get another date in June. The weather should be decent.
We can start showing up after 1430hrs on Fri and have to depart by 1300hrs on Sun.
I paid and set the reservation for 30 people, but we can have up to 100. They tell me they will adjust the fee when we check out. The fee basically amounts to $2.34 per person per night.
Not sure how to get there myself, so try Mapquest or ask Rex.
Hope to see and meet everyone at the G2G!
