Can I change the lectures of the odometer from miles to kilometers?, I suppose that in Canada they use kilometers like I am, what is the trick? or Im wrong?

thanks for the input, and where I can buy a new dash panel/cluster? expensive?
And after that you have to reprogram something? or change any gear? Or simply change the dash?
