Well snow you brought up an ok point there lol. What I had to end up doing is drilling through the bolt head, and hammering a punch in the hole, so it wouldnt spin around. So I have a bit of mess to clean up there, but all in all it worked pretty good. And boy was I glad I am a strong guy. Those nuts were rusted right onto the bolts and I barely managed to get them off. Tomorrow I am going to get an exhaust manifold for my 91, and I might try to tackle a windshield. Anyone else need any parts? They have a deal on engines for 170 bucks, and trannys for 79 bucks if anyones interested
I will take a check for ya snow, but im pretty sure there wont be! Ive only seen three or four pre 80s fords there, and I do believe 2 of them are 351ms, and the other two im not positive, but Im sure are 302's.
Well Buck's wants $155 carb, $185 EFI and $220 for EFI Turbo. 3spd Auto $55, 4spd Auto $110 and $60 for a manual. Buck's is still slightly cheaper for somethings. There is several 300 and 302's at Bucks.
Well, Snowking the Tow truck's 4spd is a perfect match for a 351M as it came off a 400 and put on a 429.
I gotta really go to Amigos one day I haven't been there for so long.
My tranny ain't for sale though, If I build a 352 or 390 for performance that tranny's gonna get used. I think I may be buying a 1967 Ford Ranger 1/2 ton and I may do a FE build. Thanks for clearin that up though Duellie.
Well technically his 292 is a 302 so he's part of the club. Well my 302 will blow your 302 away when I get mine done. It'll be about 250 RWHP @5000 rpm and 310 ft-lbs @ 3500 rpm. (Que squealing tires)

Thanks but I will admit you are right my 292 is a 301.5cid motor. It could very well be the weakest 302 in the world made by Ford. See Duellie you know how I work. Good one. Waiting for someone to point that out.
