im hearing alot of complaints about plugs blowing out. has anyone had this happen to them or heard of this happening. and is there anyway that i can change my plugs now at 90200 to keep this from happening. or anything i can do to stop it
About 2001 back on the 5.4, the heads had a low number of threads to hold the plugs in place.
Don't know what you have but don't worry about it if nothing has happened.
Don't do any good. You can die in 1 hour but you don't worry about that either.
Take things as they come.
Good luck.
I'll second that....change them and just make sure you don't overtorque them down and you should be fine.......Not like us with the 3v 5.4L, these motors will break the plug off in the head when you try to take them out
