At curb idle (650rpm) there should be 21 inches.........within 30 seconds.

At sea level and at curb idle (650rpm) there should be 21 inches.........within 30 seconds. Higher altitudes make a difference.

You mentioned 25 at the pump......... it should be taken either at the vacuum manifold or at the booster.

I am having a problem with the brake pedal drop after the truck is started.I checked vacuum at pump, manifold, and booster all showing 25in. If I run a hose from the pump to the booster the pedal stays up.This makes no sence, when I have 25in at all locations.
