Air Vent
I have a '99 cc and the vent on the back of the cab under the right side of the rear window is trying to fall out and when it rains its leaking water behind the rear seat.Anyone know of a fix without removing the bed? Theres not enough room to get my hands between the bed and the cab. It looks like it mounts from the outside in.

Can you access it from the inside by removing the seatback?
That vent simply vents the truck when you close the door. Otherwise the escaping air would blow door seals and such.
Since you have another one on the other side you may be able to get by with taping up the hole for now.
