Nice! that looks like a great project and it looks like its fairly complete. Thats always a big help. What a nice touch having a chrome grill.
I'm not sure what diameter those tailights are. When you are searching around for some don't limit yourself to the Fords. I know my 59 Dodge truck lights are very similar and I think Jeep tailights (for many years) are very close also.
Looks like a nice truck to start with. I am from Sioux Falls originally and suprised you have as much sheet metal as you do, Bonus! Come on over to the darkside, we need more modded Orhans.
The rear panels that the taillights fit to were sold separately. But unless someone re-makes them, you'll prolly have to find them on another bed or fix what you have. The sheet metal on these old trucks is far better than what's used today, so they can prolly be straightened.

The taillamp bodies look a bit tired and are right/left, and the lenses have gone away, so here's the part numbers for these parts.
Do the tail lites lens from an early Econolines not work?
There are some useable parts from the Econolines but I can`t remember what except for possibly speedo parts and other odds and ends.
