I got a 84 XLT 351W with a four barrel 4180 carb 4X4 Bronco. I am in the process of getting it to run well, a slow task but a rewardful one. I was going to put in a new 02sensor and couldn't find the old one according to the manuals I have. Does this model have one or the prior owner took it. Where should I look?
I don't believe 84 351's had an O2 sensor. Usually only vehicles that have fuel injection are going to have an O2 sensor. Hope this helps and Good Luck,
Rick

Ford did not use electronic engine control on a 351w 4-v. A 351 2-v had EEC. I suppose some one could have put a 4v on it like my Son did on his. Then the EEC would not be used so don't worry about it if that is the case. The easiest way to tell if you have EEC is to look for the PCM either under the seat or dash, or an egr valve with a sensor on it. There are many other ways.
