i've noticed a few of these 7.3's have a sticker on the valve cvr.that shows 2 different h/p ratings. is that all in the pump (fuel rate) or is there more to it?

I believe those are the High Altitude and NON-High Altitude ratings, and the difference is in the calibration of the pump.

The High Altitude version is the lower of the two numbers.....
