Question noise from fuel filter

After my 7.3 warms up, mostly in the summer time, when I turn my key on and wait for glow plugs to cycle, I get this squeel, like air escaping out of a balloon with the opening pinched off. It comes from the fuel filter housing area. Ford house says its normal and I know thats wrong. Anyone ever run into this problem. Truck will still run great.

Probably air being forced out of the top of the bowl via the FPR. Do you have the in-tank and pre-pump mods?

No problem. In the summer, you don't need to really wait on the wait to start light if it is warm enough, especially when it's warm. Just crank.
