I'm trying to find an alternate to replacing my entire seat because of a few tears on the passenger side, and a custom fit seat cover sounds nice. Thanks.

saddleman seat covers
i have purchased a few of these covers over the years and was very happy with the first 2 i bought they were very durable and well made. i recently considered buying one for my 78 f-250 but when i took it out of the box i was not impressed the material seemed much thinner and more elastic than the earlier ones. i installed one in my bosses truck about a year ago and it lasted about a week. the stiching started pulling apart and the cover seem to shift around a lot would not stay in place. i have seen some nice heav duty covers advertised in outdoor sporting goods catalogs made from a durable canvas type material. check out bass pro or gander mountain catalogs or web sites. good luck.
