327 - EVP or DPFE circuit below minimum voltage

Getting -
327 - EVP or DPFE circuit below minimum voltage
in the KOEO test.
The EGR valve, position sensor, solenoid, and vacuum lines have all
been replaced. Any ideas?

327 - EVP or DPFE circuit below minimum voltage
Disconnect the wire from the sensor and check for reference voltage.On some sensors it's 12 volts others it's less.The TPS for instance is 5 volts.A haynes manual is a good investment for troubleshooting.If you are not getting voltage,it could be a bad wire or a bad pin in the 60 pin connector at the firewall.
