I d check out Fabtechs stuff I dont know if they have anything for 2008 but in my opinion there the best for superduty's just look at there shocks compared to everyone else and matt there local santee area www.fabtechmotorsports.com
thanks guys..I called all the major suspension players but Procomp seems to be the only one with a kit on the market ready to rock right now so we have a 6" kit en route which should allow us to put some 37" MT's under the truck
check with the dealer reguarding ANY alterations, mechanical or electrical first.. F.M.C. in canada...has drawn a line in the sand ... any alterations/customizing/reprograming included !! (other than sheet metal, and interior trim modifacations.. voids THE ENTIRE WARRANTY. We where told this ( by the current AREA not dealer, service representative.) when I accompanied the plant controller to the local dealership to price out 3 new service trucks. Unless we ordered hd fleet priced/based units, even adding air bags to the rear suspension would kill any service warranty. Engine, drive train, suspension included. We asked about a fifth whell hitch, (WE tow big time), and was told to order a heavier truck than the f 350`s we needed to compensate for need for air bags. And for the plows, we needed to order the super hd plow assist package,( factory installed) otherwise any additional added weight to the front end (plow and wiches) would also negate/void the entire truck warranty! helper springs, and lifts are a no-no up here. Looks like we are getting 4 new dodges to add to the 5 he already has.. just my nickel.... take it for what it`s worth.

The funny thing is Matt99DECH is a dealer in Ontario Canada and the lift kit is probably for one of the trucks on his lot.
This is our first adventure into lifting trucks but something we plan on doing a lot more of over the coming months. If someone out there with some experience can lend a hand I'm just curious we are going to wrap the truck with 37" MT's and a 6" Procomp lift. I DO NOT want the rear of this truck sagging lower than the front as I really detest that look...will I need to look into a leveling kit or will this setup sit level?
ACCORDING to the dealers in the town I live in the lift will void your warranty, have a friend with new 350 they told him he cant even put bigger tires then what is on the door sticker on no warranty.
we are shooting for a similar overall look as this truck. Can someone with more experience step up here and help me out...does this appear to be an 8" lift? We have a 6" kit on the way obviously but my biggest fear right now is that the rear is going to be hanging low, I really hope this Procomp 6" kit for the 08SD has a nice level lift

I've had two different procomp kits and both sat level. The truck in your pic looks to be a 6" lift with 37" tires, Its kind hard to tell from a picture though. As far as warrenty goes I have had no problems with getting warranty on my lifted trucks. The only exception to that is a u-joint on the rear driveshaft where I offered to pay.
It's listed on procomps website and I called up my supplier I usually deal with and they said they'd have it to me by Monday.
I guess we'll see how she turns out!
The first time I went to the website I skipped the first page and just downloaded their product line pdf. I am surprised how fast they have this out being that the rear springs are longer and there are components in the front that have different ends on them.
Which kit did you get? New radius arms or just drop brackets.
