Ok Here is a Shot Of The New Timing Chain In... Someone told me that the cam gear and crank gear should line-up somehow... Vertically or pionting ar each other?? Here are the pics

That's a NEW set? If it is, better send it back. That's way too much chain slack for a new set. Go get a Cloyes roller set for a late model 5.0. Less than $20 at O'Reillys
I had the same problem with a replacement timing chain set for a 92 302. The extra slack makes me wonder whether the database incorrectly references a 351 part number instead of the 302 number. I do not recall for sure which brand I had the problem with nor what brand was correct. I do believe both came from O'Reilleys.
