Front Plate Bracket removal?

Front Plate Bracket removal? hey guys i have a 2001 and i live in florida we do not uitilize front plates here. I would like to remove the License Plate bracket that's installed into the front bumper valance.. I rather have the smooth clean bumper look. I notice thiers some kinda of round pins holding can i drill those out and would it come out..?? any ideas guys thanks!!

Just pull the center pins out with a pair of pliers and the rest will pull out easy.

You have to push the center of the plastic rivet in. then the outside part will just pull out. A punch and needle nose pliers should do it.
