Shocks

Hey Guys, I posted a couple of times about my dads truck and his awefull knocking noise every time he would hit even the smallest bump. Well i rotated the tires a couple of days ago and i noticed that the tire for which the nose was coming from (Drivers Front) The tire was Really messed up. It looked like belts broke in the middle or a deep grove. So i brought it into tech and asked my instructer and he said that it seams to be a shock problem. Luckly my spare tire is exactly the same so i switched wheels and re ballanced. But i didnt listen to him and i was thinking the sway bar so i went and bought new bushings. Well on my way home i got Really PI$$ED off at it, pulled it in the garage and started yanking on stuff. Nothing moved so i started yanking on the shocks, well it drivers side shock i can take and twist around. All the other shocks are good. So i went and bought a pair of new front shocks and im still getting the bushing kit for the front end. Well if anyone has a problem like this. CHECK YOUR SHOCKS! or in my case Listen to the TEACHER!

Teachers are teachers, for a reason. They usually know what they are talking about.

OEM shocks leave something to be desired..I have taken them off from the factory with minimum miles..and they were leaking.
