Code reader/programmer for '95 F250 PSD

I am trying to buy a code reader & possibly a performance programmer for my '95 F250 2wd auto trans PSD. I will be towing a 35' RV trailer - any opinions? (LOL) Thanks -

sorry about that first post

95 still used the obd1 code reader and i dont think you can tune the computer with a programer in that year you still had to change the chip. in 96 it was changed
