3" Exhaust?
Have the summit racing 3" exhaust on my 84 and am impressed with it. It is mandrel bent and flows real nice. As a nice note, even with the tiny turbo muffler that came with the setup it is still very quiet but makes lots of power.

3" Exhaust?
It comes straight from the cat to the muffler with three" pipe and runs out the side of the truck in the stock location. I used the fullsize truck exhaust due to the fact Gipson makes the only 3" kit for a Bronco. (that I found anyway) Summit also has kits that go single into duel outlet but it says you have to lose the spare. Seeing how my tank sits there this was not an option. On my 250 I like having the spare where it belongs. One thing I have noticed is the lack of space on Fords to run true duels but from all the reasearch I have done you get the same performanc from a single 3" as you get fron duel 2 1/2". Hope this helps.

3" Exhaust?
I ran 3" extthaust of of hooker headers on my 83 Bronco. Of course I debated the true dual versus the h-pipe. I went ahead and went BACK to h-pipe because I didnt want to mess with two Cats. Finding out where to run the pipes together was the tricky part. I went ahead and ran the pipe from the left header over to the right in between the tranny bell housing and the tranny pan. It works very well and I can still drop the tranny and the pan without much difficulty. I ran a 3" cat with a 3" Flomaster to dual 2 3/4" exits. It rumbles and it really looks great!
