What does anybody know about the specifics of this ECM other than what is availible on the ford fuel injection website? This is the ECM that came with my fordmotorsport mass air conversion kit.

 

That sounds like a calibration code rather than a hardware spec. All I can find is that it is for an automatic 5.0 Mustang. No hardware descriptions, but they say it is similar to the A9L ecm.

 

I have found out that it is just the new part # for the a9l. If that proves to be true than all is good. Apparently it will accept anything the a9l will, with regards to tuning. Which is all I was hoping for anyways. The techs at Ford MotorSport said that it was actually carried the same programming as the ECM for a 93' GT. Thanks for your help.
