My Rampage

Since the shaking is keepin me home, i decided i would clean the inside of my truck. I start on the drivers door, then i go to clean the front windshield. I saw my TC lockup switch and said to myself i dont ever use this and im probably gonna hit it on accident so im gonna put it behind the dash somewhere in case i want to use it. I go to take the fuse cover panel off and the stupid remote starter box comes out hits the cig in my hand and the cig is now pressed against my hand and the remote starter box. So now im just pissed off and grapped the wire cutters and decided to get rid of that stupid box, the stupid remote start didnt work anyways since i lost the transmitter. I get that out and said you know what, im taking out the tc lock up too since i dont use it(i was still a little mad), so that i cut all that out(now i get to solder those wires back together under the hood, not looking forward to that). I had my truspeed box under there and said no can't cut those, so i went and put that on the dash, i look at the wires and the one that goes to my abs module was almost completly worn through it must have been pinched against something. I look at there is one little copper strand holding it together still. Confused i just fix'd it and started thinking...could that have caused my cruise control problems? Got all the wires cleaned up, it looks much nicer under there, but now i can't get stop thinking about the cruise control problem i was having. I can't drive the truck since im in the middle of cleaning it, im going to drive tommorrow but what do you guys think, could that have caused it?

I don't know. The ABS is a seperate circuit AFAIK and the cruise ought to signal from the VSS and other items. Any short can cause wierd problems. May just be the problem.
