wont start

i just replaced my starter and now when i turn the key over the engine turns but will not crank. help

What all did you touch while replacing the starter. Disconnected both batteries first right?

yes disconnected both batteries no fuses blown

And that was all you touched? Nothing else? Did your starter just die and you replaced it or was there other problems?

starter fuse was blowing. started a few times by jumping selenoid. starter wheel came all the way out. replaced starter, its turning engine fine but no fire kind of like jumping time
