Oasis Report ?
Went to a diffrent dealer for some warranty work on my06 lariat screw. Asked for a oasis report and found out it said( Customer escalation flag. )What does that mean. Dont tell me that means that I complained to the service manager when he told me it was normal for the ac in the truck to blow hot air(texas weather) until the trucks eatc thought it was time for cold air.

I did not ask the service guy cause I just glanced at it until I got home and then really got to looking at. But he did tell me If I had worked at a Ford place before, becouse he said nobody realy knows what an oasis report is. Thanks to FTE , I was one that knew about it.
