Need help with chip info

OK guys,I called Ats and it is one of there chips.I reinstalled it and works good.in the high setting I get about 23 lbs of boost,Instead of 26,28lb i got with the other chip.. It seams to have more power now and the smoke pours out now...with the other chip I had almost no smoke at all...turn the 3 way switch to the right and have extra power,turn it to the left and feels like jet power...lol but put the chip in the center and the truck cuts off and will not start....
