Problem with shift-on-fly TRX case
2002 F-350 w/electronic shift transfer case. Was working fine one moment, then failed. (Was shifting in/out of 4WD between dry and ice in recent snow). I can manually lock hubs and propeller shaft turns but transfer case will not engage and indicator light will not go on. I'm assuming the shift motor has failed as fuse is OK. Haynes manual is worthless so I do not know if there is a control module that may have failed between switch and motor. Before I start trying to troubleshoot with a VOM, any place I should start looking for failure or any diagnostic path to follow to pinpoint failure?
