time to do another mod

just finished up my onboard air system (pics are in the SuperDuty forum) ...

so next is not a "wow awesome" one, but a necessary one .. my HPX line from ITP comes in tomorrow .. so that goes on Sat .. next Thursday I order my pillar gauges .... the beast is coming to life !!!

Im new so just for knowledge sake what is neccesary about the HPX line, I have seen the one you can order but why change it?

jvoigt there's not one one a 7.3... this line balances the oil pressure between the heads..

When you go dual hpop's, there is no need for an HPX line is there? Ive been thinking about ordering one, but if i go with dual pumps then i just wasted 70$.

I have heard that before. I left mine on, even with the dual pumps. The pumps will have a better supply of oil to the heads, but I'm not sure how they effect the balance of oil pressure between the heads.
