Is the original solid front axle reversible?

No.

It has built-in camber and castor. The Truck would be dangerous to drive.

I just have to ask... Do you mean flipping it upside-down to raise the truck? or side-to-side? Why would you want to do either?

From side to side. The drivers side hole is a little enlarge as is common with all axles because of the stress of the steering arm. I just wanted to swap it and put the tight hole on that side. Obviously can't do that...anyone got a spare, GOOD front axle around the mid Atlantic?

Look around for someone that deals with big rigs.
