wow that was alot. the cavity for the water is rather small, you sure you didnt get diesel fuel as well? i might look into getting it replaced, as i stated earlier it is under the 5/100k

Well, I drained it until it stopped. It was mostly clear, with a little bit of lime-green tint to it, so there was very little diesel in it. This was my first drain, and was at about 7500 miles. When I bought the truck new, it had sat on the dealer lot for 9 months, so I figure most of it came from the tank-sweating that occured over that time period. I now drain it every 5000 miles when I change my oil. I will bring it up the next time I am in for warranty work and see if they'll replace the header.
