Looking to put Ford CD player instead of cassette. Out of what years will work? I have a 97 F150 4*4 4.2.
Also looking to put factory fog lights in also. Is the wiring already there and what all will I need? Light, switch, wiring.
And looking for the most miles people have racked up on thier trucks, 100'000 plus miles.
Thanks Stampede.
The interior is the same on at least 97-2002 as far as I can see on people's truck. That is the years I'd hunt for w/ respect for a CD player. Aftermarket units are coming with an install kit, by the way, so they fill the strange large hole in there well also.
The fog lights? Do you have openings in your bumper where they are supposed to go? I think there are bumpers without the openings, I have one with out. If you look in the gallery. I think that isn't going to be a good bumper for fog lights. If you have the same, you might have to change bumpers. That is a pain but more affordable than you might think. I think replacement bumpers are under $200, excluding trim.
