edge

Looks like the edge is doing well, hopefully it'll continue to pick up momentum despite being overweight and having poor brakes, its a great vehicle.

If it's overweight and has lousy brakes, I'd say gaining momentum isn't going to be an issue...

It's over 400 pounds lighter than the GMC Acadia and only 300 pounds more than a POS Suzuki XL7. Do people hear that a vehicle is overweight and simply continue to repeat what they hear or do they actually find out for themselves? It weighs 4511 lbs. How is that overweight?

OK, I admit I didn't actually research the overweight part, but I didn't think that the review just made it up out of no where.. Maybe it "feels" overweight in its driving dynamics. I'm not sure where they're coming up with it if it isn't true. and the brakes are still pretty bad for a brand new vehicle.

captain p4, I wasn't actually calling you out on the carpet but I've heard that statement many times and didn't understand why it keeps coming up.

It's ugly. Only hardcore Ford loyalists would buy one.

I see them all over the place. Seems like every time I stop at an intersection I see one.

Excellent. The 4511 lbs. is for the AWD version. The FWD version weighs just at 4000 lbs.

Suzuki XL7 a POS?

It's been redesigned for 2007 and is a great vehicle. Suzuki is making some very good products right now.

So they redesigned a POS car and now it's suddenly the greatest car in the world? Come back in 10 years and then you can claim it's the greatest car in the world. Get real.
