Excuse me while I go eat some more laughs......not often we get to feast on them.
[I still want to know how he got "bumps" from "bugs"???]

If you can't understand what I posted, I don't have the time or patience. I will say this, you may think a vehicle is a "POS" but some may not.

Ford Trucks for Ford Truck Enthusiasts
geesh. I was just stating, once a again that this is your opinion.
[QUOTE=hofuf]I stated that I don't believe a historically bad vehicle that has be redesigned is automatically a good vehicle. You obviously have a differing opinion.[QUOTE=hofuf]
I could care less about what vehicle you are talking about.
[QUOTE=hofuf]You obviously have a differing opinion. I only asked how you came to that opinion[QUOTE=hofuf]
I have no clue what hat your pulling this out of.
This might clear things up, I DO NOT have an opinion on any of your statements regarding your classification of "POS" vehicles.
My opinion while incomprehensible to you is still an opinion.
I'm willing to bet you've yet to see a new XL7 on the road let alone experience one first hand. Which is fine. I have however. My family, (grandfather) owns a Suzuki dealer along with two Chrysler dealers. So my opinion is slightly biased. However, I'm not much of a fan of Suzuki's and never have been. Certainly not to the point of arguing with you on here about how great they are. But I call a spade a spade. I know a good car when I see/experiance one and believe in giving credit where it's due.
Suzuki has come out with some solid products this year. The new SX4 is a great AWD, roomy, fuel efficient car. The Grand Vitara was redesigned last year and looks good, drives nicely and is priced well. Finally, the XL7 has been redesigned and is a good all around SUV. Very similar to the Cadillac SRX performance utility. If I'm not mistaken they're built side by side. I'm not a fan of the XL7's exterior, but the rest of the package is pleasing to say the least. I was pleasently surprised by the luxurious interior, dash layout and navigation system. Furthermore, the ride was nice and it has ample power for it's size.
I'm not in any way saying that you have to share my opinion. But I just don't agree with your logic or your analysis of XL7 "POS". I think you just jumped to conclusion because it is after all a Suzuki. I thought the same thing about them until I opened my eyes.
I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

I'm not positive about the Caddy, but I know the Suzuki shares the same platform with the Pontiac Torrent and Chevy Equinox.
Bet if we did a poll "here" the all-American Chevy and Pontiac would be waaaay better than that Japanese junk from Suzuki...

BTW, for those who like to continue to bring up the tired old bullcrap about Japanese vehicles, I would only respond that if GM would've introduced a redesigned Chevy Vega, my response is that it's a POS until it proves itself othewise.
