Unhappy water leak

i have a 2000 f250 superduty which has recently developed a habit of pouring water on me when I turn or accelerate rapidly the water is coming from the driver side visor mount. i dont have a sunroof or moon roof but i do have clearance lights. i pulled each light and re-sealed with silicone but it did not cure the problem has any one else had this problem or know what the source of the water could be please help before i give up and sell.

I would expect to see some wetting in the headliner toward the rear but what about the third brake light?
