Tire size help

Hi, I'm new to the forum and could use some help with my new truck. It is a 2007 F350 Crew cab Diesel. I have already lifted the front 2" and am now ready to replace my stock 18" wheels and tires. I want to go with the BF Goodrich 35x12.5x R18 in the Mud Terrain style, I like the agressive look of the tires.
Americas tire told me this would be a good fit, and would not rub. Is this true? Has anyone else installed this size tire ? Any pictures ? Thanks in advance for you help.

You should be fine. The only place you might get some rub is if you have the lower valance on the bumper. You won't have the spring rub issue since you have the coil springs instead of the older model leafs.

The BFG mudders are nice but I would shy away from them for this application. Their load rating is only 2910 pounds @ 50psi. Look into the Toyo Open Country M/T, Cooper Discoverer SST, Hankook Dynapro MT RT03 or Nitto Mud Grappler. These are all rated at 3400 pounds or more.

Second what V10man says. Some run the BFG AT/KO in 305/65R18 without issue. They are rated at #3525 I think. Stock Conti's are #3640. Some also run 325/65R18's in various brands.
