"97 camper shell
I hope this is an appropriate forum for this thread. I am looking for a camper shell for my '97 f150 flareside(regular cab). Anyone have any suggestions on brand,model,style,fitment,etc. Also, any suggestions on where to buy-new or used-would be appreciated.

I have had several camper shells over the years, currently I have a Astro-top on my F250. It is nice but not as nice as the A.R.E I had on my old F150. years ago i had a
snug-top on a a 93 F150. Bottom line is I personaly like the A.R.E brand you can do a search on the enternet and come up with all sorts of good company's that sell covers.

thanks for your reply, I have searched the internet, but am having difficulty finding a good supplier for campershells that will fit my flareside truck. A.R.E is one that does have a listing, but no pictures. I have seen a few trucks like mine with camper shells installed, but some are real nice looking and others do not fit well. I want to know what I am buying, hence the post of this thread. I will agree with you however that A.R.E is a good product and I would go with them at this point if I don't get any further suggestions. Thanks
