shifting ok, no missed shfts today, however some of my splits like (6 high to 7 low) (6 low to 5 high) those splitting and shifting are kinda shaking, but 7 low to 7 high or 7 high to 7 low are goin fine.
turning going alright some of my turns are getting bit wide but the worst of my turns, would just be costing me 2 points on a test but some turns perfectly fine. with snow curbs and I've been driving downtown Saskatoon.
Backing up I'm doin fine I guess
I have been having issues with two hands on the wheel and making sure brake comes on prior to ckutch for final stops.
Thanks for asking, I might be taking a test on Friday.
My circle pre-trip and air test are almost down pat.
You know what snow, they said some of my turns would cost me points and blah blah blah, well i went for my road test and the only thing I did wrong is I stayed in a park lane for too long while I was turning. It was blowing snow that day and I thought it was dotted, like a turning lane, and it wasnt. The sgi guy said if i would have told him that before he wouldnt have docked me.
Well today I passed my pre-trip and Aor inspection tests, however I failed my drive, got nervous missed 2 shifts really bad, like had to stop in neutral, so ya failed.
That`s good news on the passing the pre-trip/inspection tests.
Too bad about failing the driving test.
What`s next, some more driver training?
It`s really hard not too be too nervous but with more practice you should do really well the next time.
Well the guy said I'm ready for tommorrow he has confidence I can pass, just not good today, so I'm drivin again tommorrow if still fail always next week. a bit of driving probably test again by Wed. then.
[QUOTE=Snowking]Wow just realized today, drivin a Semi is alot easier sober. QUOTE] It`s also alot more nerve racking, so many more things you start noticing.....
I know, if I go for another test tommorrow, I'll need a few shots, of good'ol Jacky D. Seriously though I guess I'll have to watch my tach, and slow the F*** down, If I can't do it like I always have, by feel, I'll have to do it technically.
