Engine Stumble and rough idle

My truck started idling really rough and has a kind of stumble. I say kind of stumble because it dosen't really start to die it just takes off really rough and once it gets above 2500 rpm it seems to smooth out some. No engine codes, checked with my Predator.

Using my Predator to monitor my O2 sensors all seemed to be switching fairly regulary ecept 02S12. I would normally start there thinking bad O2 sensor but I am not sure what I am looking at on the Predator and here's why.

The Predator Lists.

O2S12 - Traction MTR CTRL (I am not sure what this does?)
O2S11 - O2 Sens Bank 1 UpStream
O2S22 - O2 Sens Bank 2 DownStream
O2S22SV -O2 Sens Bank 2 DownStream
02S21 - O2 Sens Bank 2 UpStream

What I know about O2 sensors an O2S12 is 1st bank 2nd sensor (down stream) not "Traction MTR CTRL". Also according to the Predator users guide there is no downstream O2 Sensor for bank #1 but there are two for bank #2.

So let me ask this, is O2S12 the downstream sensor for bank #1 and should it be switching?

Check for codes with a regular scanner and bring the numbers if any.
You normally won't see much switching action on down stream sensors.
What year is the truck and the motor.

The truck is a 2000 F150 with the 5.4L.

I checked with another scanner and there are not codes or engine light.

Is the O2S12 a down steam? according to Predator it is Traction MTR CTRL.

Also it is not switching or showing any voltage.

I was wrong it is switching and showing voltage it just does not seem to be the same sequencing as the rest.

Any ideas on how to check the COP's? I am thinking one or more of them could be the problem.
