Moving the CDR

I have a 94' F250 7.3L idi that I have recently installed a turbo on. I know the CDR gets moved to the top of the drivers side valve cover. However I do not have the valve cover off of a stock turbo motor, so do I just drill a hole & install a rubber gromet & asupport of some sort? Also I am not running the stock air filter system from the turbo motor, I just have a 3" stainless tube w/ a cone filter. Do I just run the vent tube from the CDR to the intake tube? Pictures or info. would be a great help. Thanks in advance!

it depends on the type of turbo. on the banks unit, it gets mounted to the air box before the turbo, and it draws from the timing cover..
