interior options
I stumbled across this one recently in the wrecking yard. If you are looking for nice arm rests for 1968-1972 that dont cost a bundle, look in ford vans. I found mine in a 1990 van and of course they are in great shape. they are a perfect match to the originals. I dont know what year they changed the arm rests in the vans. so far I know 70's thru 1990 are all the same.

Arm rests are interchangeable from, 1969 to 1991 Econoline Vans E-100 up, with 1968-1972 F-series F-100/F-900
The interior colors were updated several times but it is quite easy to get one that is a really close.

Instrument clusters swap year to year with the pickups.
A: 1969 E-series, 1969 F-series
B: 1970 E-series, 1970 F-series
C: 1971-1974 E-series, 1971-1972 F-series F-100/F-350, 1971-1979 F-series F-600/F-900, without tach and gauges/ with idiot lamps.

Dash Pads swap:
1967-1972 F-series F-100/F-350, 1967-1979 F-series F-600/F-900.
