Easy and cheap are not concepts that are compatible. There are companies that make efi conversion wiring harnesses. They walk you through the whole thing, and eliminate some of the stuff you don't need. But they are not cheap.
The cheapest would be to get very good wiring diagrams for the vehicle you got the engine from, and the vehicle the engine is going in, and then take the harness out completely and install it in the other vehicle. This requires knowledge of what's going on, and is not easy, but would be the cheapest.
