It only took 1.25 hrs (no air tools). The truck looks better with out them. I may not put anything back on.
It was 15 degrees but I think my hands just finally thawed out. I will post a picture but need to wash it first, later today.
Kris,
The black dually with the leveling kit, was that a 2.5" or 3"?
What do you guys think about the leveling kits. DR 3" drop, 2.5" lifr spring from rough country or similar, or the add a leaves from deaver that should give 2.5"s lift with totally stock ride?
I couldnt even if I wanted to. If it werent for the boards, my 5'2" wife would have to get a running start to jump in my truck, LOL.
Mine isn't much taller than yours, 5'4" maybe, and I got a 1yr old. Sometimes I put a carseat in the truck. We've got a pretty plush mini van though.
Besides the point, you really don't realize how high the truck is until you remove them. It's like lifting it. Taller than my Z71 with a 6" lift was. Now I can hold off on the leveling kit for a while.
