Post fuel flooding problem

Hi, I have a 1989 351W. Every time it is humid or rains, it starts flooding, serious flooding. I've checked out and replaced all the sensors. Found and repaired a shorted wire to the canister solenoid. But so far nothing has helped prevent the problem.
I've discovered that by unhooking the OS2 sensor and letting the engine idle a few minutes, then reattacing the sensor, it would run correctly. Until the next humid day, after it sat all night. I am guessing it has to do with condensation building on the OS2 sensor, but that is a guess.
I've installed the Ford racing MAF kit, rebuilt the engine, mild Crane computer cam, added shorties. Nothing too wild, yet.
Any thoughts?
