NP435 to 5speed?

NP435 to 5speed?
So I have a 87F250 with 302 and NP435. I want a 5speed OD trans for fuel econemy pretty bad. Is there a good relaible 3/4 ton 5 speed out there that is an easy swap for my truck?
I don't really want to spend boo-koo bucks or get in to any custom work. I'd like to use a 5speed that I can get all the parts for without doing anything more than notcing the floor for the shifter - if possible.
Let me know my options and places to pick up the parts.

There was a zf 5spd used.You have to get one from a small block v8.They were used with diesels as well but the bolt pattern is different.Look at the tag on the door if it says z under trans than your good if it has a M then leave it there.M is for M50D which is a much weaker tranny. That is what is in my truck and I waiting for it to blow so I can upgrade.
