Oil Pressure Spec's

I have a quick question I was hoping someone could help me with. I have a 1990 Bronco it has a 5.8L EFI engine with 141,000 miles om it. I recently installed a mechanical oil pressure guage and wondered what the pressure should be running at. What would it have been when the vehicle was new and what would be normal now with the wear currently on the vehicle?The pressure runs at 45-50 when cold at idle and around 25-30 when warmed up. Can anyone help?
