I have an 06 F350 dually. When I unbolted my fuse box the other day, I noticed in the back that there was a wire loose with a spade terminal on it. It was in a bundle with other wires that look like the are fused by fuses 20 through 40. The wire in question is white with a light blue tracer.
Does anyone know if this wire is used in my vehicle and if it is, what fuse should it terminate on in the fuse block?
I asked the service manager at my Ford dealer yesterday and he didn't seem too energetic to check it out. Said he couldn't find it in his documentation anywhere.
It may be wire #294, uses fuse location #29, a 10 amp fuse. This wire can be used to engage the high idle mod, although I do not believe it should have the spade terminal already on it.
