differential help
Has anyone ever changed the axle bearing and is it difficult to put in new ones. And has anyone ever rebuild there limited slip carrier is this something I can do on my own or should I take it to a mechanic the truck is a 1988 f150 2wd 8.8 diff. 31spline I installed a limited slip in it with 8 clutches in it. One more question when I start slowing down to make a stop my truck jerks back and forth is it a bad tranny or ujoints. AOD tranny all gears shift good overdrive works good mount is good dont know what else to check.
