Superchip question
I just purchased a Micro Max Superchip 1715 for my 99 F250 V10. It stated in direction that I must remove the fuel system fuse before installing the tuner. I looked in my owners manual for the correct fuse I saw several that could be a possiblity. Does anyone know the correct fuse to pull?
Im pretty sure I know which one but just want to double check.
Thanks.

Man... Talk about night and day!! I figured out what fuse it was.. Can say how much of a difference the hand held tuner adjusted my truck. I have it setup for the 87 mode and even at that its a completely different truck. Figures gas prices are sky rocketing again when I want to use the 91 performance setup.
Has anyone used there superchip tuner in the performance mode running 87 octane? Im not sure if its a good idea or not.

I use the 1715 on my 04 SD V10 for towing mainly and it says to use 91, but I've used 89 before and saw no difference. the 87 setting really wakes up the truck, I've never used the performance 91 setting, no need to waist the gas hot rodding around. the truck was designed for running on 87 and that setting kicks as....giver a try and let us know if the gas milage goes up any from the 87 setting.
