I have a 1978 Bronco. Putting in a 6 inch lift and it will have 35 inch tall tires, anyone out there know the proper combination for the gears on the end of the speedo cable and the gear in the t-case? Thanks in advance......

 

The gears at the rear end wont make a difference, or in the T-case. You need to change the gear for the speedometer.

i 'm about to put the same set up on my 87, just have to make the time to do it. but i have looked into the speedo prob. and if i found the right info i believe that a 16 tooth gear on the spedo cable should work for a 3.55 rear end. give me a couple of weeks and i'll let ya know.
